What you can report
Private practice during duty hours
Seen treating patients at a private clinic during official duty hours.
Absent, but someone else signed attendance
Not at the hospital, while the attendance register or fingerprint was marked by someone else.
Absent from duty
Not at the hospital during duty hours, without leave.
Arriving late or leaving early
Regularly arriving well after or leaving well before official duty hours.
Directing hospital patients to a private clinic
Telling hospital patients to come to their private clinic for treatment.
Other misuse of duty time
Any other misuse of government duty time or hospital resources.
Photo evidence with time
A photo of the hospital dental clinic (an empty chair, a closed surgery, or a waiting queue with no dental surgeon) taken during duty hours is strong evidence. Take it at the hospital and upload it right away: the time the photo was taken is kept, and photos uploaded soon after are marked as fresh for reviewers. Please do not photograph patients' faces.
