No. You can report without a name or an account. Contact details are optional and only reviewers can see them.

We never share who made a report. Photo location and phone details are removed. Petitions sent to authorities do not include your identity. If you are worried, leave out details that only you could know.

Photos of the dental clinic during duty hours (the time the photo was taken is kept), the name or location of the private clinic, times, and whether other people saw it too. A voice message is fine if typing is hard.

Reviewers check it. If it is verified, a formal petition is sent to the hospital, the RDHS, the Provincial Director, the Ministry of Health and other relevant offices. You can follow the status with your tracking code.

We cannot recover it, because we don't know who you are. If you used this phone, check 'Your reports on this phone' on the Track page. Otherwise you can make a new report.

Yes. Install the app and fill in the report; it will be sent automatically when you are back online.

Knowingly false reports harm honest doctors and can have legal consequences. Reviewers look for evidence and patterns before any report is sent to authorities.

Yes. Reporting possible misconduct by public officers to the authorities responsible for them is lawful, and honest complaints to those authorities are legally protected. We never publish allegations or doctors' names.

Please don't. Posting names, photos or allegations can harm an innocent person, may break the law and platform rules, and could reveal who you are. Report here instead, and share the PublicWatch link.

Photograph only the dental clinic area, such as an empty chair or a closed room. Never photograph patients, medical records or screens, and don't record consultations. Follow staff instructions.
